Karen Mulcahy has worked in overseas property full time for the past 14 years - including 3 years as UK Commercial Manager for an international company and PLC and 3 years with ITV working on overseas property programmes. She owned and ran her own property company specialising in French real estate for eight years whilst providing contributors for Granada on the ‘I Want That House’ programme. Karen specialises in investment opportunities within the commercial and leisure property markets and also acts as consultant to other property companies.

Prior to being involved in the overseas property market, Karen worked for many years in the IT industry in a sales, marketing and business development capacity and again ran her own IT company for many years.

Carole has worked in the overseas property industry since 2000. She has owned two successful overseas property agencies and currently specialises in investor property portfolios and commercial opportunities.
